A native Brazilian, from Rio de Janeiro, I was born being a passionate, hot-blooded, with a sensual personality. This shows not only in my general attitude, but also in the art of my cooking: For each dish I use at least one traditional Brazilian ingredient, combined with seasonal and local produce. It is very important to me to preserve the natural taste and beauty of each ingredient.
