My journey began at my grandma’s table, surrounded by a vibrant, noisy, all-Brazilian family in a suburb of Rio de Janeiro, bursting with flavors. I graduated in Culinary Arts in 2006 after initially pursuing IT and later Architecture, both of which didn’t feel like the right fit. I then sought guidance from the best chefs to learn from. As a proud native of Rio, my cooking embodies the passionate and sensual spirit of Brazil, where I honor my heritage by infusing traditional Brazilian flavors into local produce.

While working at the residence of the Brazilian Ambassador to Austria, I was drawn to the intimate diplomatic receptions where I could share my passion for high-end dinners with smaller groups. After attempting to return to the restaurant scene, I realized, as a solo mother navigating life in a foreign country, that it wasn't the best balance between work and motherhood. I decided to focus exclusively on private cooking, which allowed me to spend more time with my daughter.
